Q - How do I set up my account?
A - Click on Get Started and follow the simple directions.
Q - How do I change or update my personal account information, like my email or mailing address?
A - Login to My Account and update your information. The changes you make to your account will not be reflected on any order that you currently have in progress.
Q - How do I place an order?
A - Shopping online is easy! Just follow these simple steps. Step 1 - go to Get Started and establish a private account. Step 2 - select your purchases from the store and place them into your cart. Step 3 - enter your credit card information. Step 5 - push submit. A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address when your purchase is shipped.
Q - Can I place a phone order?
A - Phone orders are not available at this time. However, if you would like to talk with a Sharing Tree Memories representative leave your phone number in “Contact Us” and a representative will be happy to call you.
Q - How do I know if an item is on back order?
A - We strive to meet all orders, but occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock. When this happens we will notify you by email and you can decide if you wish to have the item shipped as soon as it becomes available. Your credit card will not be charged for this item until the item is shipped.
Q - How long will it take for my book to arrive?
A - Most products are shipped within ten business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number the day your book is shipped. If a product is backordered or out-of-stock you will be notified by email.
Q - What forms of payment do you accept?
A – We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Q - Can I use a debit card?
A - We can accept debit card orders if it has a MasterCard or Visa
Q - When will my card be charged?
A - Your card will be charged when your product or item leaves the fulfilment center. At that point your card will be charged and you will be issued a tracking number.
Q - Will I be changed sales tax?
A – Yes, you will be charged Minnesota’s State sales tax on your purchase.
Q - How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
A - There will be a charge to Sharing Tree Memories.
Q - Can I use a money order or check instead of a credit card?
A - We apologize but we only accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
